Although our Martial Arts School may have separate Teen and Adult Classes, we do provide teachings for everyone’s needs and abilities. If you are looking for self-defense, fitness, mobility, stress relief, or the Goal of achieving your Black Belt, our Teen/Adult Martial Arts classes are a great activity that keeps participants physically active and instils a sense of achievement and ethics as you work your way through our Martial Arts Program ranking all the way up to earning a Black Belt.
If you have never trained in the Martial Arts, our program is designed to make sure everyone has the capability of training. It is never to late to begin a new journey! Our classes are designed to allow almost anyone to train with us. With early evening classes, late evening classes, to weekend classes, we are confident you will find a class that will fit your busy lifestyle.
Our adult classes give you a total body workout, Martial arts classes are a high-aerobic workout that uses every muscle group in the body. Your stamina, muscle tone, flexibility, balance and strength will all improve through our martial arts classes.
